USDOS Announces March Priority Dates
February 10, 2015For March, the EB-3 green card category will advance by 7 weeks to October 22, 2011 for China and by 1 week to January 1, 2004 for India. All other EB-3 countries will advance by 5 months to June 1, 2014. The EB-2 category for India will advance by 16 months to January 1, 2007. EB-2 China will advance by more than 5 months to September 1, 2010.
