USDOS Announces February Priority Dates

For February, the EB-3 green card category priority date is at June 15, 2004 for India and October 1, 2012 for China, whereas it is at October 1, 2015 for Mexico and January 8, 2008 for the Philippines.  The worldwide EB-3 category is at October 1, 2015.  The EB-2 category is current worldwide and for Mexico and the Philippines.  It is at March 1, 2012 for China and August 1, 2008 for India. The EB-1 category is current for all countries.
