USDOS Announces December Priority Dates

For May, the EB-3 green card category advances by four months to May 1, 2011 for China and by one week to January 15, 2004 for India.  All other EB-3 countries advance by three months to January 1, 2015 (except for the Philippines, which retrogresses by more than seven years to July 1, 2007.) The EB-2 category for India advances by more than seven months to April 15, 2008.  EB-2 China advances by fourteen months to June 1, 2012.
