1U6A9070Victoria Gentry is the managing attorney with The Immigration Group, P.C. practicing exclusively in the areas of work visas and employment-based green cards. She first became interested in immigration law when her stepfather emigrated from El Salvador to the United States. Now she enjoys assisting corporate clients with a variety of immigration needs including international transfers, visa eligibility, and the green card process. She works primarily with professionals in IT, Engineering, Finance, Pharmacy and Insurance.

In 2012, Victoria graduated magna cum laude from Sweet Briar College in Sweet Briar, Virginia, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Spanish. Victoria received her Juris Doctor from Belmont University College of Law in Nashville, Tennessee in 2015 and is licensed to practice law in the state of Tennessee.

Upon graduating from law school, Victoria was recognized by the Tennessee Supreme Court as a 2015 Law Student for Justice for earning more than 50 hours of pro bono service in Tennessee. She is an active member of Church of the City and the Sweet Briar Alumnae Club of Nashville. Victoria speaks English and Spanish.

Since 1986, his law practice has focused exclusively on business immigration matters, consisting of business and professional visas, labor certifications, immigrant visas, consular representation and citizenship for foreign executives, managers and professionals. He graduated from Vanderbilt Law School in 1981, with an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt in 1978.

Dan’s writings have been published in the National Law Journal and by the Washington Legal Foundation, among other sources. He is a frequent speaker on business immigration law and has addressed the American Electronics Association, the American Payroll Association, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and the Nashville and Atlanta Bar Associations. Dan is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and served for several years on the Executive Committee of its Atlanta Chapter. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Tennessee Relocation Council and on the Executive Council of the Tennessee Bar Association, Corporate Counsel Law Section.
