Immigration Lawyers’ Association Midsouth Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana on November 2, 2024. Her session focused on critical issues within immigration compliance for employers including the rollout of E-Verify+ and the adaptation of the remote verification procedure for Form I-9. Victoria also addressed the topic of upcoming immigration compliance changes during the second Trump presidency, analyzing the potential shifts in policy and their implications for immigration practitioners and their clients.
