Immigration Lawyers’ Association Midsouth Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana on November 2, 2024. Her session focused on critical issues within immigration compliance for employers including the rollout of E-Verify+ and the adaptation of the remote verification procedure for Form I-9. Victoria also addressed the topic of upcoming immigration compliance changes during the second Trump presidency, analyzing the potential shifts in policy and their implications for immigration practitioners and their clients. She spoke alongside Bruce Buchanan from Littler Mendelson P.C.
