About Us

Our History

Started in 2006 by Dan White, The Immigration Group began out of a desire to provide faster, more customized immigration services so that companies could retain foreign talent in the competitive U.S. workforce. Victoria Gentry became the owner and Managing Attorney of the firm in 2019.

Today, The Immigration Group is a women-owned and operated law firm that serves as an expert guide on business immigration while providing excellent and personalized legal services to companies and individuals.

Victoria Gentry

Managing Attorney

Victoria Gentry is the Managing Attorney of The Immigration Group, P.C. She counsels clients of all sizes, from startups to Fortune 100 companies, on business-related immigration matters in the IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, Higher Education, Finance, Pharmacy, and Insurance industries. She enjoys assisting corporate clients with a variety of immigration needs including international transfers, visa eligibility, and the green card process.

Victoria has significant experience representing employers in H-1B, TN, E-2, and L-1 work visa matters as well as EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 green card categories. She counsels multinational companies on the immigration impacts of corporate restructuring and advises business on I-9 compliance and government audits. Victoria has a sincere interest in serving her clients and acting as an expert guide through the complex corporate immigration system. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Art History from Sweet Briar College and her Juris Doctor degree from Belmont University College of Law. She speaks English and Spanish.

Rebecca Tucker

Rebecca Tucker joined the Immigration Group in 2012. She specializes in the area the labor certification process for employment-based immigration and filing both employment-based and marriage-based green cards. Rebecca is in the process of completing her Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Accounting from Belmont University. When she is not working hard for our clients, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her husband and children, working in her garden and reading.

Anna Tuckwiller

Anna joined the Immigration Group in 2018 after working for 9 years in the non-profit sector. She focuses her work on nonimmigrant visas including H-1B, L-1, and TN as well as H-4 visas with EADs in addition to scheduling visa appointments abroad. Anna holds a Master of Divinity from Baptist Theological Seminary at Richmond and a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from Virginia Commonwealth University. When she is not taking care of our clients, Anna enjoys Lindy Hop and Balboa dancing, cooking, being outside, and trying to keep up with her Pit Bull/Catahoula Mix Dill Pickle.

Hannah Garza

Hannah joined the Immigration Group in 2022. She focuses her work on H-1B, L-1, and TN as well as H-4 visas with EADs. Hannah holds an Associate’s of Science Degree in Business Administration from Motlow State Community College. When not providing great customer service to our clients, Hannah enjoys shopping and spending time with family.
